I have over 10 years of experience offering mental health counseling to individuals of all ages through individual, couples, family, and group therapy. Over that time, I have developed specialties in working with individuals with trauma, anxiety, grief, and work or relationship stress. I enjoy working with diverse individuals and remain current with the latest research about adapting evidence-based practices to real-world issues. I also am an active advocate and ally for under-represented groups.
